Weedeater Featherlite

Hi All,

My three years old Featherlite trimmer SST25 is not working properly. I do not know what the reason is. It starts well but afterward it does not stay running. In short, it runs intermittently & that is quite weird. Need suggestions

Hello Paul, the dual cycle engine, which let the Featherlite trimmer keep going needs 3 important elements in order to operate easily like a spark, air circulation, and clean fuel. The engine does not start smoothly when these components are missing, however it might run for the short period if just the fuel flow or airflow is limited. It is not tough to restore the air circulation nevertheless when fuel flow is limited, it is suggested to take apart the carburetor & clean it.
